Subject of the contract: Development of design and estimate documentation for the object "Technical re-equipment of the system of inflow and exhaust ventilation, fire alarm system and notification of people about the building fire at: Kyiv, Sq. Franko, 5».

  Customer: MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISE OF THE EXECUTIVE BODY OF KYIVRAD (KYIV CITY STATE ADMINISTRATION) "KYIVTEPLOENERGO".

   Composition of completed works:

LLC "UA-SYSTEMS" has performed works on the design of technical re-equipment (repair of restoration) of the fire alarm system, fire notification and evacuation control of people, as well as the system of inflow and exhaust ventilation in the building of the administrative building of KP "Kyivteploenergo" at the address: Kyiv, pl. . I. Franko, 5. The building is a monument of architecture of local importance (Decision of the Executive Committee of the Kyiv City Council of People's Deputies of №1107 of 18.11.1986, security No. 240) and a monument of history of local importance (Decree of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Ukraine from 04/15/2008 №424 / 1 / 16-08, security № 485-Кв). The design solutions take into account the requirements for the designed systems, taking into account the needs of small-mobile population groups in accordance with DBN B.2.2-40: 2018 “Inclusivity of buildings and structures”. The design decisions were made to build a reliable system for detecting the primary signs of fire based on the components of the SAPS "PARUS" address fire alarm system (manufacturer of LLC "UA-SYSTEMS", certificates of compliance dated 05.03.2020).

  The project documentation received a positive expert report on the completion of a comprehensive examination in all areas in the State Enterprise "Ukrdezhrbudekspertiz", Kiev.
